Custom System Design
I will design a custom unit to match your energy needs with a unique system that gives you the most cost-efficient energy possible.
I handle all of the required paperwork and permits needed by your city and local utility company. Just sit back and let me take care of the rest.
Installation and Activation
I guarantee installation within 30 days of permit approval. All projects take between 1-2 days for installation depending on the project size. After the unit has been inspected it will be activated and will begin producing energy.
No More Rate Increases
Rate increases occur due to outdated power grids that constantly need repairs, as well high demand for electricity and other economic factors. By transitioning to producing your own solar energy you are avoiding any future electric rate increases.
Some states may see decreases in electricity rates at times. Overall, however, the EIA predicts that residential electricity prices will continue to increase at least until 2040.
Take Advantage of Government Incentives
Investment Tax Credit
The ITC is a 26 percent tax credit for solar systems on residential (under Section 25D). The solar Investment Tax Credit (ITC) is one of the most important federal policy mechanisms to support the growth of solar energy in the United States. Since the ITC was enacted in 2006, the U.S. solar industry has grown by more than 10,000% - creating hundreds of thousands of jobs and investing billions of dollars in the U.S. economy in the process.
The long-term stability of this federal policy has allowed businesses to continue driving down costs. The ITC is a clear policy success story – one that has resulted in a stronger and cleaner economy.
Renewable Energy Certificates
State incentives include SREC's (Solar Renewable Energy Certificates) as well as TREC's (Transition Renewable Energy Certificates) depending on the state you live in. SREC's and TREC's are both paid to homeowners in a rate of 1 certificate per 1000kWh produced by their residential solar unit.
Please check the current value of each certificate for your state using the link below.
Local Cash Rebates
Some states, municipalities, utility companies, or other organizations offer cash rebates to incentivize homeowners to transition to solar energy. Rebates are generally only offered for a limited time after your solar system has been installed. Cash rebates can help reduce the overall system costs by an additional 10 to 15 percent.
Solar Financing Options
Some homeowners prefer to own the solar unit, while others want to be hands off. I offer a range of financing options for everyone.
